AI visibility tracker

The visibility tracker runs a workspace's prompt set across the configured AI engines on a schedule (default weekly) and stores one row per (prompt × provider × run). It computes brand-mention rate, best position, and citation provenance, and feeds the citation table.

Provider tiers

• Free plan — five deterministic mock providers covering the major engine families (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, Claude). Useful for demoing and for keeping rank-history dashboards meaningful before a real budget exists.
• Pro plan — platform-default live providers using the workspace owner's shared keys (OpenAI, Anthropic). Run-counts are metered against the plan's monthly entitlement.
• Team / Enterprise — bring-your-own-key (BYOK). Set per-provider keys in /settings/keys; the gateway encrypts them at rest with pgcrypto. Per-call billing is yours; AuthoritySignal does not see the spend.

Citation provenance

Every cited URL is classified as brand / press release / landing page / third party. The tracker also detects when a citation repeats specific campaign phrasing — that is, when an AI answer is using your wording rather than just linking to your domain. Repeated phrasing is the strongest signal that an authority signal is landing.
